The Great 'Hidden Disability Discount' Hunt

Many know where to get big help if you've a disability (if not, see 5 Min Benefits Check-Up) but there are masses of other smaller, hidden discounts available, from free tickets for carers and better seats at games and events. We'd like MoneySavers to tell us about any discounts they know of.
