I am confused about the pay outs. I have no record of recieving any refunds as yet for myself or my customers. Does anyone have details of who to contact about the 17.5p. I have every letter from them and have my 2006 and 2007 bank statements and there is no trace of cheques being paid in for £170 ish ( as an agent mine and my customers lost £1000)

Here's hoping that Crown Currency Exchange Victims also gets something from the Banks that should have stopped Benstead & his crew many many months before £20 million disappeared.

Blimey, worried that some from farepak have not got the payouts but more worried that they did not know there was payouts. We think we have communication problems!

However it looks like the bank accepted its responsibility, now Barclays needs to stand up and be counted on CCE:T

This is the same as us we have no records of any money being returned, i would like to find out when this money was returned to us and which of our customers received what without us knowing??
Has anyone got any type of contact to try and find this information out??

To those who have posted about their confusion, please have a look at the following site which may help. Fortunately, I am not involved in the matter.

got themselves an interview on BBC Radio 4 this week.

They claim there is a deadline for registering claims and appealing for everyone to make sure they have registered their claim ESPECIALLY
those who have changed addresses and the personal representatives of those who have died while waiting.
