FTB's not up then? Just people planning on buying being up?
This....based on a rightmove poll?0 -
"Some 27.9% of people who told the property search website in April they intended to buy a home in the next 12 months said they would be first-time buyers."
Worst statistic ever. Was it really worth reporting this dross press release?poppy100 -
I'm seriously thinking about going to the moon next year.
This does not mean that it will happen.
There is no statistic here.0 -
Rightmove have to create a positive spin with loaded questions otherwise it would find it harder to charge its high fees to estate agents. It could never tell the truth about falling properties or adjust the way its deeply flawed asking price monthly data is produced.
After all Rightmove is a vested interest in ramping prices high.
As a first time buyer I will buy when prices are affordable so I don't take on the sellers overstretched debt. I will continue to ignore Rightmove.:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.
