some success since writing on here capitol one is refunding me and now just had a letter from Lloyds tsb saying they are refunding me,how long i have to wait for my money thats another question Lloyds did say i would have it in 28 days,we<l see just awaiting 2 others about a refund,not giving up thats for sure,if they dont reply keep writing to them it seems to work

do it yourself dont let them parasite companies(ppi) do it for you,its really straight forward
