Vodaphone

I have to praise vodaphone for the excellent service and the way they helped my brother in law.

My sister in South Africa died and Vodacom sent my BIL a massive bill for over R3000 in my sisters name. My BIL tried desperately to sort it but was met with a customer service team who couldn't give a toss, demanded he pay the bill, and when BIL asked for an itemised bill, they said he couldn't have one as he was not the account holder and to please bring my sister in.........


He was sent round and round in circles which added misery to my already grieving BIL. In desperation I emailed Vodaphone UK told them the situation and could they please help. Within 6 hours I got an email from the CEO's office in South Africa. They are trying to help my BIL. No outcome as yet.


Many thanks Vodaphone, your customer service team went above and beyond the call of duty.

    The out come. BILs invoice cut to R700. My sisters account closed and a new contract issued to BIL. Thank you Vodaphone and Vodacom.
