So do we really believe that this much PPI was actually missold?
Or is this like when I reported direct debit fraud to my bank and they weren't interested in investigating because they just have a policy of refunding as it's cheaper than doing things properly?0 -
cant trust the banks, not even to give an honest assessment of how much their ppi liability is0
