I have had about 10 in the past week I had already complained to them about calling but seems to have fallen on deaf ears so time to escalate for meI am responsible me, myself and I alone I am not the keeper others thoughts and words.0

Such a horrendous company, not only do they treat their existing customers with utter contempt, they are silent-dialling non-customers too.
I had such an awful experience with them I'd never go near them again in a million years.poppy100 -

The statement issued in regards to this issue isolates a particular centre from a point earlier this year. if customers are experiencing issues with silent calls more recent that this please join the TalkTalk Members Forum where we can collate these and provide feedback as necessary for this to be looked into.
