    There is a difference between the first line i.e. you have been charged and maybe entitled to your money back and the "full story" which now adds the compensation culture to the mix.

    They'll say 'get lost' in the same manner to claims for compensation re EC261/2004, MSE Helen shouldn't get peoples' hopes up on this issue.
