I am surprised that MSE still promotes the dreadful Primus Service.
Could you please say what the problem(s) is/are with Primus. I have been thinking of switching to them and would like to be able to make an informed choice.
Many thanks.0 -

does this new price increase with sky going up by a £1 entitle us to cancel our contract?
anyone had success with using the below to get out of thier sky talk contract?
"Unless the price increase is required for legal or regulatory reasons, you can also end the Contract during your Minimum Term if we increase our prices and you reasonably consider this to be to your material disadvantage. If you wish to end this Contract in these circumstances, then you need to give us at least 7 days notice within one calendar month of us telling you about the change"0
