can i just double check something? do they take the whole amount for all the tickets you bid for, or just for the ones you've been successful at getting? a friend told me the former, saying we would then be reimbursed the balance at a later date, but that seems unfair to me.0

They only take the money for the tickets you have been allocated. I got lucky and had a letter from MBNA before I applied for tickets saying any purchases on my credit card between April and June 2011 would be interest free until April 2012 so used that.0

If you pay by card my understanding is they will only take the amount you've been successful for. If your paying by cheque you need to send a cheque for the total you've applied for and they will cash the cheque and refund the difference for any tickets your not successful for.0
