- How can we ensure that banks provide 'public goods' such as essential banking services and financial inclusion so that people aren't locked out of the market?
- Why don't consumers vote with their feet when they're unhappy with charges, service and products and what can be done to encourage consumers to drive competition?
- What is the role of smaller financial service providers in a healthy competitive market?
