I applied online but thought I had left it too late to send in the supporting documents, after seeing that it is closed. But not so - apparently the online thing has "reserved" a spot. So if anyone else is in this position, I think you will have until 10th Sept. to get your stuff in. They processed them very quickly once I sent them in.
