Bosch WFR 2860 "pump blocked"

Hi,
Wifey just called me to let me know our washing machine at home is playing up.

As I recently fixed the tumble dryer with a part from ebay, I'm on a roll and would like to get this machine fixed too

It's a 9 year old Bosch WFR 2860 which repeatedly says 'pump blocked'. Normally we pull the little black plug out and drain the water. Then undo the access thing at the bottom right of the machine and discover 5p pieces, daughters hair clips, toys etc in there. Removal of those means everything carries on fine.

However I've been informed that it's now still complaining "pump blocked" even after a clear out. I've suggested wifey get down on hands and knees and take a good look inside the hole to see if there's anything caught on the blades.

Wondered if anyone had any further suggestions for her/me because I'd like to have a crack at it when I get home from work.
