How have consumer net ltd got my details?

I've received an application pack today from Consumer Net Ltd. to reclaim PPI. It's got my name, address & telephone number which is not surprising, but also the name of my bank (lloyds tsb).
I've never heard of these people, how have they found it where I bank?
