ESA 3 form

Hi, does anyone know what a ESA3 form is? the job centre didnt pay my money today and said they are sending that form out to find out about my partner? he cares for me, they said they have increased my money from about £90 a week to £103 a week? i am totally confused and worried they are going to stop my money.

    An ESA3 is a review form, pretty similar to the ESA1 claim form, it will ask you all your details and those of your partner/kids etc. if they are part of your household.

    Thanks i have been worrying all day about it, they said im going to have to have another medical soon, im dreading it, no doubt they will say i am fit for work even though i have just got DLA in HRC and LRM :(
