missold info from kerobo claims

i had a accident about 3 years ago of wich i am claiming i heard about kerobho on the radio i got into contact with them and a year on they have said that they cant do anything for me on part of the claim as i had a claim on my ppi that was sold to me on the loan i had a loan for 60months from ge money kerobo said because of the missold ppi i could have the loan disolved si i said wow ill have some of that but alass they said they cant deal with the claim and said in there disscution on the phone they would refund me as in there term and cons that was in july now i had to borrow the £475 from a cc can i claim the monies back from the cc that i paid kerobo as i had not had a refund from them many thanks yours steve

Welcome to the forum.
If you paid Kerobo by credit card and they have not delivered the service you paid for then you should contact the card company and ask them to get your money back under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. You can read more about Section 75 claims here.
You may find this thread about Kerobo of some interest.
It's not clear whether you have already compained about the PPI on your loan from GE Money. Have you already complained or do you need some help to start the complaint now?

Why don't you pursue it with Kerobo if they had the money? Have they gone bust or something? If they have not then surely its them you go after. What about doing a MCOL to them for the money.0
