  • Thanks. I have done the survey and completely filled up the box telling them how pants they were when I first had Talktalk and when they merged with AOL/ I could have done with more space really. And if they do get in touch with me I really hope we don't have the usual communication problems. Still they are cheap.

I was thinking of doing it for exactly the same reasons (plus the 100 points of course) they are a waste of space, i won't even get into it cos it'll make me angry  All i'll say is i got funny phone calls by the end of it, and know it was them as 1471 led me to the carphone warehouse customer service line :rotfl: Idiots!! Rant over...sorry :o

People thinking of doing this survey should consider putting a false telephone number and postcode when submitting the form. How about putting one of Carphone Warehouse's or TalkTalk's numbers such as 020 8896 5000 and see how they like it! There are quite a few to pick on SayNoTo0870.com.

I put in the above number ^^ lol. But it didnt ask me for any info. I wonder if they have had so much abuse from AOL members, as soon as you put AOL and totally unsatisfied they don't give you the option to say anything now. Can't imagine why 0;-).

Nice one tlise, I only wish I'd done the same! I only suggested this after reading someone else’s thread and of course from what welshpolarbear has pointed out. I stupidly put my own details when filling in the form.

I clicked on the link and found no sign of the survey. Has it finished already?

I am logged in. But it occurs to me - is this only for Talk Talk customers who are also registered with Nectar?

Just noticed this in the T & C - so be careful:

"(4) Only one survey can be completed per collector, if the information you provide is false, we may revoke any points issued."
