Stung with charges!!

Hi all,Just to let you know Fleetway travel in Oxford st have stung me with over £200 charges,all down to oil and euro i thought it was a cheek but what can i do!! not a lot I guess except pay up. Any tips b4 i pay,they have an open thing with ABTA I have checked to put up costs between 2 and 10 %

    This Daily Mail article makes for depressing reading for some holiday makers. Something to be said for DIY holidays maybe!

    All you can do is look at your t&cs to see if the firm is within its rights.
