Maybe Plus Gas rather than WD40

You need to be very careful, you don't want anything shearing or breaking.
    .....

  • Penetrating oil, heat, freeze-release spray, breaker bar.

Most of all, you need patience. Also, an extension on the socket (before the ratchet) and a big mallet on the end can sometimes break the corrosion and free it up.

Try tightening them slightly before trying to loosen them. This can also sometimes break the corrosion.

Spray on plus gas or WD40 liberally tonight and try in the morning. Patience as has been said. But be gentle but firm.

    Good luck.

What they said above - tapping the end of the plug spanner or breaker bar justy enough to free the threads, just be careful not the break the plug itself.

If it's an aluminium head be careful applying excess pressure and try again with a cold engine.
