Terms & Conditions:

• Closing date for entries is the 31st July 2008.
• Winners will be chosen at random from correct answers only.
• One entry per household.
• The winner will be contacted by Tomy within 28 days of the competition end date.
• No information given will be passed on to 3rd party companies.
• No cash alternative is available.
• The winners will be issued with a gift certificate to use when booking their break.
• The certificate can only be used in the UK and the prize does not include travel. The certificate is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash and no change will be given. No compensation can be made for certificates lost, stolen, or destroyed. All bookings are subject to availability. Certificates may not be extended beyond their printed validity date. When less than 72 hours notice is given for a cancellation it will result in the certificate being void.
• The level of accommodation is specified on the certificate, family of four, two adults and two children under the age of 16 on two nights stay weekends only in one family room. Rate includes full traditional breakfast.
• A certificate will be required to confirm a booking and must be presented at the hotel on arrival. Failure to do so will result in your credit card being charged the full Ramada Jarvis rate of the day. Certificates sent by post should always be registered for your own protection. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt.
• Certificates may not to be redeemed at the Ramada Hyde Park or the Royal Berkshire, Ascot. Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other Ramada Jarvis package.
