Sorry, just done a search and found my answer - I've reported them, the cheeky so and so's - they even copied my spelling mistake!!!
Do you think I should mail them though?0 -
had this happen once too. They stole my photo and copied my listing on an estee lauder travel bag and I was FURIOUS!!
Reported them to ebay but by the time they responded her auction had ended so there was nothing they could do.
I took matters into my own hands and contacted all her bidders to tell them what she had done and that her item was not the one in the photo, as she had stolen my photo !!
It worked as some of the bidders stopped bidding !Debt Free Jan 2010!(Be happy) the state of your life is nothing more than the state of your mind! X:j0 -
She's done it on other items she's listed so I'm making it my business to contact all the people she's copied to let them know!
WIll let anyone who bids know though!0 -
Have you used a photobucket type place for the picture?
Sometimes, they copy the link too ................ then you can have fun!!!!0 -
Be careful with contacting other bidders you can get done with interfering with other auctions!
best thing to do is just report them! and like someone else has said, if you are using photobucket replace the picture with a couple of words saying something rude or funny...like "I am a plonker"

As yet I've only contacted the people who's listings/photo's have been copied - I'll not contact any bidders in the hope it'll get resolved by tomorrow (esp if the other people complain too!)

Oops - didn't realise that you were not allowed to copy other peoples pics and info (although usually edited theirs to personalise my version)
Can I get into trouble?

Well, it is a bit cheeky to just let someone else do the hard work for you without asking them first!0
