Yes it's definitely My Offers. It just misses out the bit about being FREE to be inundated with spam.

Thanks for trying to share this one with us all ragz, but I'm afraid a lot of us will avoid sites like MyOffers as they seem to take lots of info, send loads of spam & generally although not unheard of to have winners..... I personally prefer the much better win ratio on other sites without the spam hassle
