- The prize draw is open to UK residents, with the exception of Nintendo and Bauer employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
- No purchase necessary.
- Entrants must have Internet access to be eligible to win.

- If the prize is declined or if the winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at it’s absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
