Just to want more assurance, should I request contact information?
Is there any way to know if the seller is Non-US verified before sending payment? I sent one payment to a seller who is Non-US unverified today.
Or is there any others to do before sending payment? Of course I know it is very important to judge whether I should bid this item or not before bidding. Thanks.

Does it matter if the seller is confirmed before you send payment?
Just look at his feedback...Nothing I say represents any past, present or future employer.0 -
The only way you know what buyer protection you have is to check the auction to see whether there is the full £500 or the basic £150.
