1.How to Enter
To participate in this prize draw, enter the required information into the prize draw form including your complete name, address (no P.O. Boxes); postcode, daytime phone number (including area code), and email address.
2. Entry
Only one prize draw entry per person irrespective of the number of free entries. All entries become the sole property of VisitCornwall and promotion partners, receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Delivery of prizes requires a street address (no P.O. Boxes). VisitCornwall is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, postage-due, mutilated, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Only fully completed entry forms are eligible.
3. End Dates
The prize draw ends at noon GMT on Saturday 31st May 2008.
4. Eligibility
Participation open only to those aged 18 and over as of 1st March 2008. Employees and directors of VisitCornwall and its members, Hendra Holiday Park, ASDA, advertising and public relations agencies and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/members are not eligible to enter.
5. Drawing
Two winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. Drawing will be conducted by VisitCornwall whose decisions on all matters related to this prize draw will be final and binding, on or about 20th June 2008. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the prize draw.
6. Prize
The prize consists of a one week holiday in a 6-Berth caravan in Hendra Holiday Park’s Premium range, the maximum occupancy is 2 Adults and 4 Children OR 2 Couples. There are no restrictions on dates but the period 26/07/08 to 09/08/08 is already fully booked, all other dates are available subject to availability at the time the holiday is booked. Prize Winners are responsible for any transportation and costs to and from Hendra Holiday Park. All travel is taken at winners' and travel companions' risk. A key deposit of £50 is required on arrival which will be refunded after the holiday, see Hendra’s website for full terms and conditions.
7. Notification
The winners will be notified by email or by mail. If any winner cannot be contacted, if prizes are returned as undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with these prize draw rules and requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Limit one holiday per person or household. The winner has 30 days after being notified to claim the prize. If no acknowledgement is received within 30 days a new winner will be drawn.
8. Conditions
Participation in the prize draw and acceptance of any prize constitutes winners' permission to use their name, address town/city, likeness, biographical information and any statements made by winners regarding the prize draw or VisitCornwall and Hendra Holiday Park for promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating, all entrants and winners agree to release and hold harmless VisitCornwall, Hendra Holiday Park, their advertising and promotion agencies, and all employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the prize draw, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize draw-related activity and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery insofar as this is allowed by law. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this promotion in any way shall be disqualified. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. In the case of unavailability of any part of the prize, VisitCornwall reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. There is no purchase or sales presentation required to participate. Purchase does not increase odds of winning.
9. Additional Terms
VisitCornwall reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this prize draw should (in its sole discretion) causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the prize draw. In such case, VisitCornwall will select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken. VisitCornwall reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the prize draw or Web site. Additionally, VisitCornwall reserves the right to prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. VisitCornwall disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied associated with any of the prizes.
