The Marshalls Competition is open to UK residents over the age of 18, excluding, employees of S E Marshall and Co, its associated companies, individuals and organisations associated with this draw, including their immediate families. Entry is free and not conditional upon purchase, although we hope whilst on the Marshalls site you may take the opportunity to look at just a few of the superb products that make us 'The First Choice for Prize Winning Gardeners and Lovers of Real Food'.
The closing date is the last day of the month for which the competition is advertised, unless notified otherwise. Correct competition entries will be entered in to a draw and the winner selected at random by computer. The winner will be notified within 14 days of the close date and requested to advise a UK delivery address within 6 months. After that period if no delivery address has been advised a winner shall lose all rights to the prize, which will then be offered as an extra prize in the next available draw. There is no cash alternative to the prize. Summary details of winners will be published on the Marshalls web site. No correspondence, telephone calls or other communication will be entered in to regarding the administration of the competition, except with winners.
The Marshalls Kitchen Garden email service will advise you whether you have won a prize, plus keep you informed about other information and services from S.E.Marshall and Co Ltd. You can of course unsubscribe at any time you receive an email from us in the future. Entry to the draw acknowledges acceptance of the rules.
