2. This promotion is available on promotional packs of 'Kit Kat 4 Finger', 'Kit Kat Dark 4 Finger', 'Kit Kat Chunky', 'Kit Kat Chunky Peanut Butter', 'Toffee Crisp', 'Yorkie', whilst stocks last.
3. For your chance to win, enter the code found in promotional packs, either online at https://www.winaminieveryday.co.uk or by text to 07786 20 10 20. Codes are case sensitive and must be text or entered online exactly as they appear in pack.
4. Entries will be charged at the entrants' standard operator/network tariff and may not be included in any text-inclusive package..
5. Proof of texting or sending is not proof of receipt of entry. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed, nor for any associated costs to claimants. When an entry is received it will automatically be entered into the next draw.

11. There are 23 prizes of a Mini ONE to be won in total. Closing dates for entries is midnight everyday from 26.05.08. to 15.06.08. inclusive for the daily draws; 30.09.08. and 31.03.09. for the additional draws. Any entries received before 26.05.08. will go into the first draw.
12. Draws will be made within 48 hours of each closing date. Winners will be drawn under independent supervision and notified via their method of entry within 28 days of each closing date. Winners may be required to participate in publicity.
13. We will endeavour to supply winners with their choice of Mini ONE colour, however, this cannot be guaranteed and some colours may have limited availability or long lead times. The Mini ONE will be made to the manufacturers standard specification, see www.mini.co.uk for specification details.
14. In the event that any winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within a reasonable period, the Promoter (at its absolute discretion) reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner drawn at the same time.
15. The winner is responsible for obtaining a Road Fund Licence and insurance before the Mini ONE can be driven on a public road, and if the winner intends to drive the Mini ONE the winner must be in possession of a valid driving licence.
16. In the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
17. No cash alternatives will be available.
18. Limitations of liability. Neither the promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
a. Any incorrect or inaccurate code entry, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
b. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of codes at any point in the operation of this promotion.
c. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
d. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof.
e. Any injury or damage to participants upon delivery and use of their prize.
f. All DVLA rules and regulations apply to the ownership and use of the Mini ONE's and it's the winners responsibility to adhere to these.
19. A list of prize winners' names and counties will be made available via the website for a minimum period of three months.
20. Regretfully, we cannot be held liable for system failures on the website, mobile or at the Mini dealerships. Neither can we be held responsible for the failure to fulfill the obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time where reasonably required.
22. Conduct of participation. Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the code redemption process or the operation of the promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the promoter to be disruptive.
23. The Promoters decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. The Promoter will not be responsible for codes damaged or defaced in the way the wrapper is opened.
