Terms and Conditions
1. The draw is open to UK residential BT Broadband customers, aged 18 or over, other than employees of BT, its agencies or their families. Only one entry per household.
2. There is one first prize and 50 runners up prizes. All expenses not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winners.
3. The prizes are subject to availability and non-transferable. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. No cash alternative will be offered for the prize.
4. Entries must be made by completing and submitting the entry form above, on or before midday, 31st May 2008.
5. The winners will be picked at random by an independent person on 1sup>st June 2008.
Winners will be notified by 6th June 2008 and BT's decision is final. The promoter reserves the right to re-draw prizes if any of the prize-winners cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the promoter's sole discretion).
6. A list of prize winners may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to Marie Jordan, pp B6CX, BTC, Newgate Street, London, EC1A 7AJ on or before 30th June 2008.
7. The first prize includes the following:
* VIP 3-day trip to the 2008 Isle of Wight Festival including the following elements:
o 2 standard return rail tickets from any UK major city to London
o 2 return flights from London to the Isle of Wight in a private helicopter
o Room accommodations (1) one standard room with a maximum of two (2) persons based on room only basis. Hotel accommodation will be at least 3 Star, and will be chosen by BT.
o 1 pair of VIP access passes to the 2008 Isle of Wight 3-day Festival, which includes access to the VIPs tent for each of the days
* Insurance not included
8. The 50 runners up prizes includes the following:
* 1 pair of 3-day passes to the Isle of Wight festival
* A 2 man tent for use at the festival
* Insurance is not included
9. Any costs incurred additional to the first or runners up prize packages elements listed (e.g. telephone charges, room service etc) will be at the winners' own expense.
10. The Promoter will not be responsible for any delays, operational problems
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this prize draw or by the entrant's acceptance of the prize[, or any damage to any entrant's or other person's computer or mobile phone equipment as a consequence of downloading any material relating to this promotion]. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
12. This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and that the decision of the promoter is final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.
14. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Free Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
