The problem with our file backups is that we're all too ready to backup our precious data on devices close to our computer. That's great if your PC crashes and you need to restore, but useless is you're unfortunate to lose all your equipment because of flood or fire. That's why online backup is the way to go and over the last few years it's been getting better and better.
