They phoned me Friday to discuss my broadband needs, they accepted they cannot meet my needs as soon as I said I need to be able to up and download around 100GB a month...........funny how they say unlimited usage until you try to use it!pml

I had a phone call from them and the man was really pushy and I told him I was busy but he refused to send me details in post and said I had to do a deal there and then on the phone. When I said no he said I was silly not to want to save money. I was genuinly interested but won't be pushed by bully boy tactics or rude salespeople. They just lost a potential customer.
