In order to enter the prize draw, you should complete a survey at https://www.kissandmakeup.tv and submit it by 30th April 2008 ("Closing Date"). The Promoter is not responsible for delays in entries reaching it caused by technological or other delays which interrupt the transmission of those entries.
This promotion is open to residents of the UK who are over 18 years of age and hold a valid passport. Passports must be valid for a period of at least eight months after date of return to UK. It is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of Johnson & Johnson Limited, the Red Consultancy or any other agent involved in the administration of this promotion.
2. Prizes
There is one main prize:
a. 2 night mini-break for three to Barcelona, with 3* accommodation, (shared room) return flights and travel insurance
b. Runners up prize consists of 30 sets of the Visibly Clear range (3 products in total)
Terms and Conditions
1. Entry limited to one per person. The winner is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions, in the event they are unable to do so then the Neutrogena reserves the right to redraw the prize.
2. An eligible entrant must be an individual and must submit an entry into the survey provided by Neutrogena under this promotion including their name, address and e-mail address.
3. By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these terms and conditions. Neutrogena reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these terms and conditions. Neutrogena reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
4. There is one main prize. The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries received prior to the close of the competition. The winner will be notified by email within twenty eight days from the draw date. All reasonable endeavors will be made to contact the winner during this time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, Neutrogena reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the correct entries which were received before the closing date.
5. This prize is for three, and includes: return economy flights from London to Barcelona, 3 nights accommodation in a shared room or two rooms ( 3*) and basic travel insurance. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport and any necessary visas. The Minibreak must be taken by the December 15th 2008.
6. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
7. The judge's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. Neutrogena will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant's ability to participate in the competition. Other than death or personal injury arising from the acts or omissions of Neutrogena , or their employees, Neutrogena will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the winner or their guest's enjoyment of the prize
9. The winner(s) may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
10. By entering, any subsequent prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by Neutrogena.
11. Uses of personal data received by Neutrogena in the course of the promotion are subject to the privacy policy found on the Website. Winners' names may be published on the Website.
12. Completion and submission of the survey will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
13. Neutrogena reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in their sole discretion, a competition is not capable for being conducted as specified. Neutrogena reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable.
