Terms & Conditions

Our draw is open to Halifax, Bank of Scotland, AA, Chrysler, Jeep, MercedesCard and Sainsbury's Bank plc credit cardholders, who are 18 and over, reside in the UK, and have an account that is open, not in arrears and within its credit limit at the time the draw is made. No employees of HBOS plc, Sainsbury's Bank plc, their subsidiaries, other group companies, their agents, MasterCard® or any company associated with the competition and those involved in the promotion are eligible to enter.
The closing date for entries is 31st July 2008. The draw will be made on 14th August 2008, under independent supervision.
Each time you use your Halifax, Bank of Scotland, AA, Chrysler, Jeep, MercedesCard or Sainsbury's Bank credit card to make purchases before 31st July 2008 you will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
All purchases must be posted onto entrant accounts by 5th August 2008. In some circumstances a purchase may not be posted to your account in time for the Prize Draw.
Purchases made after the closing date of 31st July 2008, and purchases posted after 5th August will not be accepted.
The first entry drawn at random will receive a trip to Las Vegas. The package is for 2 adults. Return airfares from London to Las Vegas, private return transfers from airport to hotel, 7 nights accommodation in a selected 5 star Las Vegas hotel on a twin share / double basis, champagne helicopter flight with picnic, 2 x tickets to 2 Las Vegas shows (subject to availability), 2 x evening meals in a choice of restaurants (to the value of £75 per person per meal), Personalised VIP entrance into a choice of nightclubs on one evening and £1500 spending money. The prize must be taken by 30th June 2009 and excludes Christmas, Easter and all Bank Holidays.
Non-scheduled transportation and incidental hotel expenses are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is also responsible for ensuring they have the necessary documentation for travel including appropriate travel insurance.
2 subsequent entries drawn at random will receive two nights 4 star accommodation at a London hotel on a twin share / double basis with breakfast, 2 x tickets to a West End theatre performance (subject to availability), £50 travel allowance per person and £500 spending money.
3 subsequent entries drawn at random will receive a home cinema system.
10 subsequent entries drawn at random will receive Cineworld unlimited cards.
50 subsequent entries drawn at random will receive a time out film guide.
250 subsequent entries drawn at random will receive an Oceans trilogy DVD box set.
If the prizes stated in point 8, 9, 10 11 or 12 are not available for any reason they will be substituted with a prize of equal value.
The first prize winner will be contacted by telephone, by the 18th August 2008.
All other prize winners will be notified in writing by 31st August 2008.
If the winner of the first prize does not accept the prize or if the winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, the prize will be offered to another person.
The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
The winners of all prizes must be 18 years of age or over.
Publicity may be given to any competition winners and/or entrants and their names and/or photographs printed by HBOS plc.
You can obtain the result of the draw after 14th August 2008 by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to us at HBOS plc, Winners Notification, Viva Las Vegas Prize Draw, Alexander House, Pierhead Street, Cardiff CF10 4PB.
Any closing date for entries and/or rules of play which are published as part of any competition form part of the rules for entry of the competition.
