Terms & Conditions


1. Entry open to residents of the UK only, excluding employees and their families of Booker Group plc, PepsiCo International Ltd and Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd, their associated companies, their agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. There is no limit to the number of entries made per household.
4. Entries must be made either on the official entry form and posted in the prize draw box in store or entered online at https://www.premier-stores.co.uk or text PEPSI to 81066. Text charged at standard network rate.
5. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part to the prize.
6. Closing date for receipt of all entries is 15/05/08.
7. There is one prize to be won which consists of return flights to Barcelona for two people, an activity session with Thierry Henry, 3 nights hotel accommodation on twin room basis, all meals and ground transfers.
8. Winners must be available on the dates of the prize, if winners are not available and they cannot provide an alternative attendee, an alternative winner may be selected.
9. Travel within the UK is not included in the prize. The winner will be responsible for organizing their own travel insurance.
10. If the winner is under 18 they must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult.
11. The promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize, of equal or greater value, should the advertised prize become unavailable for reasons beyond their control.
12. The draw will be independently supervised and the winner will be drawn at random from all completed entries received and the winner will be notified by telephone within 3 weeks of the closing date.
