Keeps coming up as an error

I'm getting the following error message when I finally do submit:

I guess I'm just not destined to win this for the lady in my life...

I Emailed the web site and the owner sent me a lovely email saying that he was changing the text on the select button...

It was a really nice and friendly email, and he also told me to buy my wife some flowers occasionally! Really!!! :beer:
