Not sure if this is the best place for this......but if anybody needs to pick up a prescription...then
Got my prescription from Boots and with the prescription came a piece of paper asking HOW DID WE DO?
Said -

although it does say store reference number so it might be a number allocated to the store itself.

People in Wales don't pay for prescriptions, or people on certain benefits, or for a prescription for birth control pills;)0 -

This is an ongoing survey and you don't need to buy anything. There are leaflets on the counter which have a 10 digit number on the bottom; they are all different but seem to go in sequence. Just pick one up next time you are in Boots and have a go at entering. Good luck.0
