SnopakeNaturally 'Win A Safari' Competition terms and conditions

This prize draw is open to UK residents, aged over 18 excluding Snopake employees (and their families), their agents and anyone professionally connected with this activity.
To Enter : simply visit www.snopakenaturally.com and submit your details. No Purchase Required.
Entries start at 9am on 19th March 2008 and close at midnight on 31 July 2008.
Only one entry per person.
Employees of companies transacting with Snopake or their distribution partners should ensure that they have their employers permission to enter.
Winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
Draw will be conducted on 1st September 2008, by PromoVeritas Ltd, the independent promotional verification service.
Winners will be notified by phone or post within 28 days of the draw date.
THE PRIZE : the winner will be able to choose an African safari holiday to the value of up to £3,000 from a wide range of tour operators for two people. Prize does not include travel insurance, which is mandatory for all travellers.
The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
Travel dates are subject to availability.
All travel must be completed before 31st August 2009.
Where the chosen holiday costs less than the value of the prize, the winner may take the difference in cash to cover other holiday costs, but only to a maximum of £500. If the winner may select a more expensive holiday, or additional extras, but these costs are the responsibility of the winner and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
The Prize holiday must be booked through Concepts for Travel and all holiday booking are subject to a contract between the winner and Concepts for Travel (IATA 91265344, ATOL 9317, ABTA e0121).
The prize excludes travel to and from any airport unless purchased within the prize fund.
The lead passenger on the booking must be aged 18 years or over at time of travel.
The winner and their guest must purchase, or already have, adequate travel insurance for the whole holiday.
It is the prize winner’s responsibility to ensure that they have the necessary passport and visa requirements for themselves and their guest. Passengers must have full and valid passports to visit all non-UK destinations with at least 6 month’s validity after the date of return to the UK. Please check with the relevant embassy for current visa requirements.
All holidays must be booked at least 14 days in advance.
Strictly no amendments or cancellations can be made once your holiday prize booking is confirmed.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, corrupted or delayed due to computer, systems or transmissions failure. Proof of submitting your entry is not accepted as proof of receipt.
No correspondence will be entered into and the promoter’s decision is final and binding on all entrants.
Winners names and counties can only be obtained after 15th September 2008, by visiting www.winnersgallery.co.uk.
By entering, entrants agree that in the event of their selection as a winner, they agree to reasonable publicity at the sole discretion of the promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to terminate or suspend the prize draw at any time.
Entry to the prize draw is deemed acceptance of these rules.

Maybe they are giving themselves room to extend the comp.

for a minute I thought I'd done it again and it should be 8 for the month not 7 but it is July - see what you mean
