Quidco And A&L Failed To Track

Hi All,
I signed up to A&L about a month ago using Quidco and this has still not tracked - I m really upset as I had flagged this up to buy my girlfriend a nice treat for being so understanding lately.
Does anyone know what the procedure for failed quidco tracks are an whether they can contact the company and ask what went wrong?

This happened to me also. I posted a ticket to quidco and they'll look into it for you.0

Same thing here.
Took about 6 weeks or so to track, but the money came through just fine in the end.
So don't worry too much just yet and post Quidco a ticket if you wish to highlight it.0 -
I think you have to do an Earnings Enquiry rather than a ticket?
I raised an Earnings Enquiry on this more than 2 months ago, and I'm still waiting to hear. I'm also still waiting on the HSBC Bonus Saver which didn't track, either.
Remember - Quidco cashback is never guaranteed, so don't rely on it for specific things.

Mine did not track, but the money was paid about three months later. I had lost my application reference so couldn't chase it and had written it off, so it was a nice surprise!0

I'm still waiting for A&L to pay me me and I've also had to fo an enquiry for the HSBC saver. That didn't track either.0

I queried the A&L one again today, as I've been waiting 6 weeks from a Sure Shop merchant. Quidco replied and said they are chasing A&L for that bunch of enquiries. Seems like a number haven't tracked.

Mine didn't track either, so did earnings enquiry which is still being looked at by Quidco, had to give details that would recognise me as an A&L customer and then quidco said they would submit to A&L for verficiation, this was only last week so will probably take awhile to sort out.* Rainbow baby boy born 9th August 2016 *
