1. Details of the offer, qualifying packs, full terms and conditions and details of how to claim are provided on this website.

3. This offer is open to residents of the UK, CI, IoM and ROI aged 18 years or over only and excludes employees (and their families) of 3M United Kingdom PLC, their agencies or any other company or person professionally connected with the promotion.
4. This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer.
5. For every valid UK, CI, IoM application redeeming Post-it® Colour Notes, Post-it® Index 25mm Packs or Scotch® Magic™ Tape, the applicant will receive a £10 high street shoe voucher (€14 Bonus Bond gift voucher in ROI) that entitles the bearer to use the voucher for the payment or part payment of any product or service available at any retailers accepting the Gift Vouchers. All costs in excess of £10 (€14 in ROI) are not covered by the Gift Voucher and will be payable by the bearer.

Terms and Conditions for 'WIN a VIP trip to New York City' offer - PLEASE READ BEFORE ENTERING.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, complete your details on the online entry form and click the submit button. You will then be automatically entered into the draw.
2. This offer is open to residents of the UK, CI, IoM and ROI aged 18 years or over only and excludes employees (and their families) of 3M United Kingdom PLC, its agencies or any other company or person professionally connected with the promotion.
3. Each entry must be on the official online entry form. Responsibility cannot be accepted for any entries lost or delayed in transmission.
4. Only 1 entry per person per month.
5. There is one prize to be won. The prize is 'A VIP trip to New York City' for four people (including the winner).
   Prize comprises:
   • Return economy flights from London to New York including taxes for 4 people (including the winner).
   • Return Limousine transport from arrival airport to hotel.
   • 5 nights 5* hotel accommodation (2 x twin/double rooms) including city tax.
   • Helicopter ride
   • Admission, dinner and cocktails at the Lotus Bar (allowance of £10 each for admission and £500 in total for food and drinks).
   • Free Pair of Jimmy Choo shoes (allowance of up to £400 for each pair).
6. Closing date for receipt of all entries is 31.07.08. The winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified by telephone / email within 2 weeks of the closing date.
7. Winner and guests must be over the age of 18.
8. Winner must book at least 30 days prior to requested departure date.
9. Return transport to the London airport is the responsibility of the winner.
10. Package is valid until April 2009 excluding Christmas, Easter or peak summer. Travel is subject to availability.
11. Winner is responsible for any additional expenses, including all incidentals, not listed as part of the prize package above.
12. Winner and guests must be in possession of a valid 10-year passport, and must have a minimum of 90 days validity for the duration of the prize holiday.
13. Winner and guests must be in possession of any applicable visas.
14. Travel insurance is not included.
15. The winner is able to extend their trip at their own expense.
16. No cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the travel provider reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.
17. The promoter will take all reasonable steps to contact the winner but in the event of failure to do so within 28 days it reserves the right at its absolute discretion to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time.
18. A representative of 3M will liaise directly with the winner to organise prize details.
19. The winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from the promotion.
