Travel plug 49p

My local Superdrug (Hampshire) have Continental/European travel plugs on sale for 49p at the moment
Official MoneySavingExpert.com insert:
If you're travelling in Europe, you're likely to need a travel adaptor plug to get any electrical equipment going - including the indispensable mobile phone! Bought from the airport these are pocket-achingly expensive, so it's worth getting one in advance.
In many stores UK-wide, Superdrug's selling its basic 'Design Go' Continental Plug Adaptor for 49p (it's £2.99 on its website). However, as it's a clearance offer, availability is patchy. If you find one, post below and let other MoneySavers know - just don't forget to take it on your hols!
Thanks to savvy for spotting this deal.

Hi, If you can't find them in Superdrug and have a "Branded Bargains" or "Home Bargains" shop in your town try there. They had plenty at 49p in the Nantwich, Cheshire branch.0

I have tried several Superdrug branches in London had them scanned at the till and they are all at £2.99, so I don't think the offer applies here. I think I'll try the other suggestions.0
