Hiya - hope you got some joy from the concierge thing the other day.

Do you use IE? In Firefox you can block popups, so I only see them if I need to allow them to enter a comp.

Thanks, Ricky, I re-sent my emails today and haven't had any returned yet. Haven't had time to do anything else as just fetched my noo freecycled dishwasher!!! Lots of plumbing (supervision of).

Thanks I know about the popup blocker, I keep it switched off because some of the comps use pop-ups as entry forms (the sneakier jewellery sales companies for example). It interested me to see that MyOffers is linking to iVillage, and I noticed today that Barclays have a pop-up. How long before the Phishing spammers are linking to competitions???? - I think this qualifies as a letter, but I am a touch typist, praise the lord.

No I don't think you have posted from a bad site, I always saw iVillage as a good site. I was surprised by the pop-up and thought it was a sponsored link to the home page of iVillage and thus MyOffers had paid rent for the privilege. I looked later on and there was a Barclays popup.

I think that MyOffers is a good thing, think of all the compers who waste their time on there rather than increasing the odds for MSEers. I think of it as a rite of passage....

ps. MyOffers seem to run some other web site's competitions for them, the wording of the comp sounds like MyOffers. ....the white sands of Tunisia.....
