:mad: AAAARGGGHHH!! This site annoys me so much - it first tells me my details are not recognised, then says there's a connection error. I dunno why but I get this everytime I try to enter a L'oreal comp!

I get the same hun, really pees me off as i'd love some of the stuff they giveaway!

edit: lol it's funny, you enter your details, it says details not recognised, so you register, it says email already used on this site, so you click forgotton password, it says email address not recognised!! I swear L'Oreal make it like this on purpose just to get people to go to their site but so they don't actually give anything away!

Does anyone actually have any luck on being able to enter these L'oreal comps? If so what's the secret?

Rejected my first try when I put in that I heard of it on a website...accepted when I put Loreal .co.uk....hope this helps

Sorry you're both having problems with entering

I get that with some sites, so I know how annoying it is.

One possible suggestion - if you get through to the bit where it asks where you heard about this site, try putting a different answer to the one you used before...I remember ages ago that one answer told me it didn't recognise details etc...but I tried again with a different answer & it worked. Trouble is, I can't remember which worked and which didn't

yea, i had problems as well. so i clicked on forgot password, and it sent me the very password i had been trying all along. Then i tried again, and it worked!

Ive found that if I log into the Loreal Club Beaute (at the bottom right of the page) and then refresh original comp link it logs me in no trouble. Lot of messing I know but it works..........well for me it does anyway :rolleyes:

Log in says incorrect email/password

Re-Register says email in use

Request new password, says email not registered

strange site said details not recognised until i finaly answered question 'where did you hear about this site' with 'magazine advert' then it let me submit entry i got Thanks for your entry ( previously wouldn't recognise when i put answer as e-mail, friend, website search engine etc

) all

worked fine for me (second Time !!!) of putting different selection
