• Must be a UK resident member!
• Must have logged into GadgetSpeak at least once within the competition window
• Must be receiving our site email updates (check the box on the application form!)

Prize draw Rules

A monthly prizedraw will be held for all new and existing GadgetSpeak members that meet the following conditions :
General terms and conditions

• only open to UK residents
• subscribe to the GadgetSpeak email updates during the competition qualifying period
  (check the box on your account page when you log in!)
• complete your personal details for your GadgetSpeak account (minimum of real name and phone number so we can contact you)
• must have logged into GadgetSpeak at least once during the qualifying period for the prize draw.

Once you have completed your registration you will be entered into all subsequent prize draws as long as you continue to meet the aboce conditions and log into GadgetSpeak at least once within each separate qualifying period.
Please also note the following :

• GadgetSpeak may decide at any time not to run further competitions
• Winner(s) will be drawn at random within one calander month of the close date.
• The prizes are as stated, no alternative will be offered and there is no cash alternative. Gadgetspeak may in exceptional circumstances substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.
• The closing date for the current draw is midnight on the Apr 30, 2008.
• The winner will be notified by email and asked to confirm their postal address for delivery of prizes
• The winner agrees to allow GadgetSpeak to mention their user name on the GadgetSpeak site and in site emails to members (we won't publish any personally identifiable information about winners!)
• Each individual may register with GadgetSpeak exactly once. Attempts or suspected attempts to register multiple email addresses for the same individual will cause that individual to be disqualified and all suspect accounts will be suspended
• The selection of a winner by GadgetSpeak is final

Note that the winner must claim the prize within 30 days of GadgetSpeak sending notification by replying to the notification email. Should the winner fail to reply to the notification by that date GadgetSpeak will withdraw the prize.
