Eligibility:
This contest is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, agents, shareholders, officers and directors and the advertising or promotional agencies of the Ontario Tourism Marketing Partnership Corporation (the "Contest Sponsor") and Government of Ontario Employees, and those with whom the above are domiciled, are not eligible to enter. This Contest is void outside the jurisdiction listed above and where prohibited by law.

Entry:
Enter online by going to http://ontariotravel.net/uk, completing the official entry form and submitting your entry as instructed. All eligible entries will be entered in a random draw. Only one entry per person or per household is allowed during the entire promotional period. In the event it is discovered that you attempted to enter more than once, all entries will be void.


Draw:
On June 12, 2008, in Aurora, ON, at 11:00 am EST, a random draw will be conducted by an independent contest judging organization from all eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date to select the potential winner of the Grand Prize. The chance of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received. The selected entrant will be contacted by phone and/or email within approximately seven (7) business days of the draw ("Notification") and must agree to accept the prize as set forth below, and will be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability release and publicity release (the "Forms"). The Forms must be returned, properly executed, within twenty-one (21) days of notification or entrant will be disqualified. The travel companion of the selected entrant will also be required to sign an eligibility/liability release form. Upon receipt of the properly executed Forms and verification of full compliance with the Contest Rules by the independent Contest judging organization, the selected entrant will be declared the winner.

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted for any reason within ten (10) business days of the draw, or is unwilling or unable to comply with the requirements as set out by the Contest Rules and Regulations, the Contest Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify said entrant and to randomly draw another eligible entry.



Prize:
One (1) Grand Prize is available to be won. The Grand Prize Package is valued at approximately £2,850.00. There is no cash alternative to the whole or any part of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize package, consists of an Explore Ontario, Canada Prize Package for two (2) adults traveling together


The Grand Prize is valid until January 31, 2009 and is subject to availability. All travel dates are subject to availability. Tickets are subject to availability on the day of departure. Tickets are neither transferable, refundable nor upgradeable. Travel arrangements and reservations regarding the flight must be made according to instructions given to the Contest winner. Once reservations are made, they cannot be changed.

Winner's travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
