Venice Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Entries must be via greenbee.com/venice and entry into the Draw implies acceptance of these conditions.
2. Only one entry per person.
3. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and not employees of the John Lewis Partnership, their dependants or anyone else connected with the promotion.
4. All entries must be received by Wednesday 30th April 2008.
5. The prize consists of return economy flights for two to Venice, two nights accommodation for two (sharing twin or double room) at a four-star hotel in Venice. Total prize value of £500. Prize only valid for 'E-special rate' hotels.
6. The prize does NOT include airport transfers, transport costs, travel insurance or meals (unless otherwise specified at time of booking).
7. The winner must have a valid passport, travel insurance and be over 18 years old.
8. Flights and hotels subject to availability.
9. The promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize if necessary.
10. The Prize must be taken as offered and is not transferable.
11. The trip must be booked by 31st July 2008 and taken by 31st December 2008 (excluding bank holidays).
12. The winner will be selected at random from all the entries received by the closing date.
13. The judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
14. The prize must be accepted as offered; there is no cash alternative.
15. Tickets are not transferable and are not for re-sale
16. Winners will be notified by email or phone by Monday 5th May 2008. Winners' names can be obtained by sending an SAE to Greenbee (Venice Draw), John Lewis plc, 171 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5NN.
