2. To enter this competition you must be/have:
a) under 16 years old as of 03/03/08
b) a resident of UK or Eire
c) the consent of a parent or guardian

4. Only one entry per person allowed.
6. To be eligible, entries must be received on or before the closing date of 30/04/08.
7. All entries shall become the property of https://www.nightmareacademy.co.uk and no responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or incorrectly filled in.
8. The instructions for entry contained in the adverts publicizing this competition form part of the competition rules.
9. Any personal information (entrant’s name, age and email address) will be used solely in connection with this competition, and in association with this website, and will not be disclosed to any third party, except for the purpose of fulfilling the prize where applicable.
10. If you have asked us not to contact you again we will destroy your data after this competition has ended and the winner has been contacted.
11. The winners will be selected at random on 01/05/08 and will need to respond by midnight on 14/05/08 in order to attend the event. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond by 14/05/08 we therefore will reserve the right to contact another entrant.
12. One winner will win a Nintendo Wii console, Wii Sports game, two controllers and four games (Games: Game Party, Cruisin’, Happy Feet and The Ant Bully).
13. This prize is not exchangeable from cash or any other prize. However, if the prize is not available the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
