1. How to Enter
To participate in this prize draw, enter the required information into the Devon Farms 2008 prize draw form online including your complete name, address (no P.O. Boxes); postcode, daytime phone number (including area code), and email address. All entrants must have a valid email address. In case of dispute as to identity of entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited; no automatic, programmed; robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. Devon Farms, its partners and promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, Web site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one's ability to enter the prize draw, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this prize draw or downloading any materials in this prize draw.
2. Entry
Only one prize draw entry per person irrespective of the number of free entries. All entries become the sole property of Devon Farms and Noble Foods Ltd and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Delivery of prizes requires a street address (no P.O. Boxes). Devon Farms are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, postage-due, mutilated, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Only fully completed entry forms are eligible.
3. End Dates
The prize draw ends at noon GMT on 31st May 2008.
4. Eligibility
Participation open only to those aged 18 and over as of 1st March 2008. Employees and directors of Devon Farms and its members, Noble Foods, South West England, advertising and public relations agencies and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/members are not eligible to enter.
5. Drawing
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. Drawing will be conducted by Devon Farms whose decisions on all matters related to this prize draw will be final and binding, on or about 6th June 2008. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the prize draw.
6. Prize
The prize consists of one weeks accommodation (up to the value of £500) for up to 5 people at one of the farms listed on www.devonfarms.co.uk. The accommodation varies at the Farms. Accommodation is provided either on a self catering or a bed and breakfast basis as stated by the individual accommodation providers. Prize winners are responsible for any transportation (e.g. to and from accommodation), personal incidentals, travel insurance and any other expenses not specified herein. All travel is taken at winners' and travel companions' risk. Accommodation is subject to availability; Valid from June 16th 2008 to 31st May 2009, subject to availability. Not to be taken in conjunction with any other offer. More details will be provided to the actual winners or to anyone else upon request. Package excludes insurance.
7. Notification
The winners will be notified by email or by mail. If any winner cannot be contacted, if prizes are returned as undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with these prize draw rules and requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Limit one prize per person or household. The winner has 30 days after being notified to claim the prize. If no acknowledgement is received within 30 days a new winner will be drawn.

8. Conditions
Participation in the prize draw and acceptance of any prize constitutes winners' permission to use their name, address town/city, likeness, biographical information and any statements made by winners regarding the prize draw or Devon Farms, Noble Foods and South West England for promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating, all entrants and winners agree to release and hold harmless Devon Farms, Noble Foods and South West England, their advertising and promotion agencies, and all employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the prize draw, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize draw -related activity and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery in so far as this is allowed by law. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this promotion in any way shall be disqualified. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. In the case of unavailability of any part of the prize holiday, Devon Farms reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. There is no purchase or sales presentation required to participate. Purchase does not increase odds of winning.
9. Additional Terms
Devon Farms reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this prize draw should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the prize draw. In such case, Devon Farms will select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken. Devon Farms reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the prize draw or Web site. For details regarding collection of information from users of the Web site (including entrants), please consult the privacy policy on the Web site. Additionally, Devon Farms reserves the right to prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. Devon Farms disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, associated with any of the prizes. Any warranty claims must be submitted directly to the prize manufacturers.
