TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PRIZE DRAW: "WEEKEND IN THE INTERCONTINENTAL MAR MENOR GOLF RESORT & SPA"

1. Object: These are the terms and conditions applicable to participation in the prize draw to be held by the company Polaris Ventas, S.L. (C.I.F. B-73.173.494), and the awarding of the prize and the conditions for its acquisition and use. Participation in the draw implies the participant's acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Who can take part? Any natural person over eighteen who fills in the form on the web page (www.polarisworld.com) correctly, except employees of any of the groups comprising the "Polaris World" Group.
3. Participation dates: Only forms which have been completed correctly by 30.04.08 inclusive will be admitted.
4. Date of prize draw: The draw will take place in the first 15 days of May, 2008. The winner will be picked at random, without intervention from a notary, and the participants will be all those persons who have completed the form on the web page correctly.
5. The prize consists of: 1 prize only. The details of the prize are as follows: weekend break (arrive Friday; depart Sunday) for two people in the InterContinental Mar Menor Golf Resort & Spa in a double room with breakfast and dinner included and a Spa treatment offered by ESPA Intercontinental, the luxurious spa in the hotel.
6. Period weekend break to be taken in: The prize will be personal and non-transferable and the weekend break can be taken by the winner and companion from the date of the draw until the 15.08.08. The reservation must be made by calling: 902 500 252. This is not subject to the availability of the hotel.
7. Where will the winner's name be published? The results of the draw can be checked on the Polaris World web page: www.polarisworld.com.
8. Data protection: The completion of the form implies the participant's express consent for his/her personal details to be stored on file at Polaris Ventas, S.L., Parque Empresarial Polaris World, Autovia Murcia-San Javier Km 18, 30591 Balsicas (Murcia) Spain.

In the same way, the participant gives his/her consent to Polaris Ventas, S.L. sharing these personal details with other companies within the "Polaris World" Group, such as Polaris World Hotels, S.L., Nicklaus Golf Trail, S.L. and Polaris World Home Style, S.L., so they can offer their services and products to the participant.
