Pay as You Go Nintendo Wii Prize Draw

1. The entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions, which, by taking part, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted. This promotion is open to all new Orange Pay As You Go customers joining Orange between 1/3/8 and 30/4/8. UK residents only.
2. Only one entry per person. No purchase is necessary. To enter, simply text Orange to 60040 by 11:59pm 30/4/8. You will then receive an SMS confirming your entry. Within 72 hours of this confirmation of entry, your prize will either be applied to your account, or you will be contacted via your entering mobile no. Alternatively, send a postcard with your name and address in a sealed envelope to Orange HUGS Promotion, Positive Thinking, Willoughby House, 439 Richmond Road, Richmond upon Thames, TW1 2AG. Winning entries will be drawn at random. SMS messages to enter the prize draw are charged at your normal rate.
3. Gifts will be allocated among entries on the date of entry or the date of receipt of entry if entry is by mail. The winner will be notified within 3 days; if within 7 days, the winner cannot be contacted, an alternative winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries. Prizes will be one of the following: a Nintendo Wii console OR £1 free Pay as you go call credit OR £5 free pay as you go call credit OR 50 free SMS.
4. Orange shall not be responsible for entries that are lost, corrupted or mis-transmitted. Proof of submission of your entry is not proof of receipt.
5. The headline prize winners will receive one Nintendo Wii. No cash alternative will be available for any prize.
6. The decision made by Orange is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Orange reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value and, to vary, amend or withdraw this prize draw on reasonable notice. No cash alternative is available as a substitute for prizes of free airtime or SMS messages. If you win a prize of free airtime or SMS messages these are only available on the Orange network. This prize will be applied directly to the mobile number used to enter the promotion. If the free route to entry is used, a valid Orange Pay As You Go number will be needed to accept receipt of the telecoms gifts.
8. The prize winner may be required to participate in some publicity.
