Terms and conditions
1. All entries must be received by 30/04/08.
2. Only one entry per person. No third party or bulk entries. The free prize draw is open to all UK residents, other than employees and their families of Panda Drinks, Morrisons, its associated companies, their agents or anyone directly connected with the promotion.
3. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries incomplete, delayed, wrongly delivered, damaged or not received for whatever reason.
4. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
5. Prize is for two adults and up to three children under 12.
6. Prize holiday must be accepted as offered.
7. There is no cash alternative and no part of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
8. The prize holiday is not transferable to another person or family member and is not for resale.
9. Prize must be taken by 7 December 2008 and is subject to availability of flights and accommodation as purchased by the agent supplying the holiday on any particular date.
10. Prize does not include domestic travel, additional expenses at the resort, spending money or travel insurance. Winner should discuss inoculations with their GP before travelling.
11. The winner will be the first entrant drawn at random by an independent person and notified by post within 28 days of the closing date.
12. A redraw will take place if the prize has not been claimed by 30/07/08.
13. Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
14. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances deem this necessary. The winner may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this promotion.
