2. Promotion open to all UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Akzo Nobel Decorative Coatings Limited, its agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
3. Promotion in participating stores from 01/03/08 to 27/04/08.
4. No Purchase Necessary. To enter visit www.crownbreatheasy.co.uk and follow the online links or alternatively pick up a promotional leaflet in participating stores, complete the entry form and send to Crown Breatheasy Fresh Air Breaks, TBWA\Manchester, St. Paul's, 781 Wilmslow Road, Manchester M20 2RW. You will need a stamp.
5. The promotion closes at midnight on 31/05/08 and entries received after this time will not be entered into the draw.
6. Only one entry per person per day permitted. No mechanically reproduced entries, entries sent through third parties or through agents are permitted and such entries will not be entered into the draw.
7. Online entrants must state the store where they saw the promotion communicated using the drop down menu when entering the promotion.
8. To enter, all mandatory fields indicated on the entry form must be completed. Incomplete entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions or these terms and conditions are invalid.
9. The prize fund for this promotion consists of 1 x trip to Pristine Paradise, French Polynesia for 2 people including 9 nights accommodation in a 5* hotel, 1 x trip to New Zealand for 2 people including 15 nights accommodation in a 3* hotel, 1 x trip to Whistler, Canada for 4 people including 7 nights accommodation in a 4* hotel, 1 x trip to the Maldives for 2 people including 6 nights in 5* star accommodation and 1 x trip to the Icehotel, Lapland for 4 people including 1 night in ice design suite and 3 nights in a log cabin. All trips also include £1,000 spending money, return economy flights from the UK to the local airport, transfers to and from the local designated airport and travel insurance. 10. The trips cannot be taken over Christmas/New Year (15/12/08-02/01/09) or UK Bank Holidays and must be completed before 31/03/09. All bookings are subject to availability and the prizes may be subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the airline, hotel and/or tour operator. The winner must be one of the adults booking and going on the trip. Each prize is non-transferable.
11. It is the responsibility of each winner to ensure they and their guest(s) have valid travel documentation, visas and comply with all travel security requirements. Any guest(s) under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian. All additional spend other than that expressly covered by the prize is the winner's responsibility and must be paid for in full prior to departure from the resort.
12. The Promoter is not liable for, and the winner assumes all liability for, any injury, damage or liability caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize, except to the extent that any death or personal injury is caused by the negligence of the Promoter and to the extent that such exclusions are permitted by law.
13. The winners of each of the 5 x trips will be selected at random under independent supervision from all valid entries. The 5 prize winners will be the first five entries selected when the draw is made.
14. The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
15. Winners of the five trips will be notified in writing within 14 days of the closing date.
16. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to award similar prizes of equal or greater value.
17. Each of the prizes is awarded subject to availability. The Promoter will not be liable for any cancellations, alterations or modifications to the promotion or the prizes for any reason which falls outside its control.
18. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any entries lost, delayed or damaged or not received or incompletely received for whatever reason and the Promoter is not liable for any system or network failures, malfunctioning of the internet or incompatibility of any browsers used when attempting to enter the promotion online.
19. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. The promotion and the terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.

21. Prize winners will be required to take part in publicity and by entering the promotion provide consent to take part in such publicity.
